Hiatus Announcement

Hi everyone! I hope you’re all doing okay in these very strange times.

I’ve just started the final semester of my English Literature degree and I’m already feeling a bit overwhelmed. Between day-to-day uni work, assessments, blogging, writing for the magazine and running my book club, it’s all got a bit much and seems there aren’t enough hours in a day. Unfortunately, something had to give so I’ve decided to take an extended hiatus from blogging. Worst case scenario is I’ll need to step away until my course finishes in June.

Take care of yourselves in the meantime – remember that self-care comes first and you should never be ashamed of setting boundaries or asking for help.

Thank you for your support, I appreciate this community so much and can’t wait to be back!

  1. Enjoy your rest from blogging, Florence, and all the best for your final semester, I can testify to how stressful and timeconsuming that part of education was. Take good care of yourself, and I look forward to reading more posts from you later in the year. xx

  2. Good luck Florence, I’m sure you’ll do really well. I remember the stress of finishing up, it’s so much work and I couldn’t imagine trying to juggle all the other commitments that you have on top. Look forward to seeing you pop up on my reader again soon ๐Ÿ˜
